There's not too many people I know personally who has changed his life through real estate. I met Ken when he came to Arizona with a mission in his mind.He came here in a van with no windows or A/C to Az. I thought that was about as stupid as pouring blood all over yourself and going swimming in Shark waters ! He got a job and got situated and planted his feet on the ground and then he stuck his neck WAY out and got his first rehab with a partner. He slept in a rehab project with concrete floor and 3rd World conditions on the bad side of town and worked 16 hrs a day .
Most of you will never get to experience that journey. He had all his tools stolen and still got the job done without whining too. Matter of fact I never heard him complain about anything.
Then patiently he continued on other projects and went to AZREA meetings weekly and positioned himself for the coming market which turned speculative and he was right there where he was supposed to be.
Ken now has trappings of success in a large 5 bedroom home and a sports car to boot.His commercial interests have grown and I'll always remember that Ken was always learning and investing in himself with seminars and going across the country to position himself for future opportunities. To say that Ken gives back would be an understatement. I was down on my luck and then it was turning around and Ken found me a project to call home. I wish projects could be done overnight but everything comes with a price. Ken paid his price so you just need to decide how much you are willing to pay like Ken did for however much success in real estate you desire.
