Ken Spohn currently serves as Vice President of Finance & Acquisitions. Securing financing for large commercial projects. $5 million and up. He oversees the locating, negotiating and procurement of various project sites in conjunction with Gilbert and Powell. Spohn has been President/CEO and managing member of Spohn Properties and Investments LLC. and Investors Classifieds LLC for over 4 years. Ken has been in Real Estate investing for the better part of 16 years. 1992 founded New Age Properties. He has Purchased, Sold, Lease Optioned Multi-Millions of dollars of properties (residential, commercial, retail, commercial land, apartment complex and a partner of residential housing sub-division). Spohn is an entrepreneur in the true since of the word. Ken has also obtained a Black Belt in Karate and owned/operated his own studio for almost 9 years. He has also taken businesses that were distressed and turned them around to profitability. He is versed in the details of the construction industry as he worked in various trades throughout his early career in real estate. He has also been a professional Bike racer and achieved many awards throughout his life in Karate and Bike Racing competitions. He is dedicated and determined to accomplish tasks necessary to a successful project.
